The form below is used both to apply for mentorship and to be considered as a mentor.

To be considered for mentorship please take note of the following:

1. Your credentials are not nearly as important as your attitude, and willingness to accept new ideas
2. Good and bad experience is important. Mistakes are learning moments. Don't be afraid to share them
3. You will be meeting successful people who don't want to be sold to. Resist the urge! There is a three strike policy on this
4. Confidentiality is assumed unless stated otherwise. What you learn here stays with you unless permission is given to share
5. You may tell others about the experience but remember, not everyone requires the same kind of membership. Keep it general

To be considered as a mentor please take note of the following:

1. Success is more than income. We consider all aspects including time, growth, development, etc
2. Character is more important than a bank balance
3. Mentors are discouraged from profiting directly from this group. That's not what this is about
4. If you are not immediately accepted it can be for various reasons. Please don't give up
5. Sometimes mentors from certain fields are accepted because of a certain need
