Our founder, John Will Tenney, realized one day that although his business was growing and expanding nationwide, none of his leaders were under 50 years old.
"It's an untenable situation." he tells us, "In fifteen years, if nothing changes, we will disappear. We have to find young people who want to get in to business."
His mentors agreed. Together, they formed an on line group dedicated to furthering mentorship. Mentorlando started as merely a page on Facebook, but is now spreading throughout the country.
